2003 Quilceda Creek Cabernet
Sauvignon, USA, Washington
Earthy with dark fruit, clove, cedar,
crushed rock, and wood smoke. Tremendous wine with multiple layers
that reveal themselves throughout the smooth attack, lush
mouthfeel, and extremely long finish. Decanted for an hour and
enjoyed over the next two. Wonderful now but will cellar well for
years. (95 pts.)
